Amanda Butz, our ever-dependable lab coordinator, presented at the 15th Biennial European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI) Conference which was held last August 27-31 in Munich, Germany. This year’s EARLI conference theme was “Responsible Teaching and Sustainable Learning.” Her paper was entitled, Exercising Control: Perceptions of Autonomy as a Source of Self-Efficacy in Reading and Mathematics, which she co-authored with Dr. Usher. Amanda is a third year doctoral student in educational psychology and has recently passed her qualifying exams. Congratulations, Amanda!
