Raven Richardson Piercey successfully defended her dissertation, Reading Self-Efficacy in Early Adolescence: Which Measure Works Best?, last spring semester. Raven is pictured above with her advisers, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Usher, and her committee members, Dr. Toland, Dr. Wiese, Dr. Henry, and Dr. Danner. After a celebratory trip to Australia, Raven has taken a lecturer position at the Department of Behavioral Science in the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She is also the Co-Course Director for MD 811: Introduction to Clinical Medicine I. Congratulations, Dr. Piercey!
